Simply read one chapter of the Bible every day for the week-long period given. Use the questions to reflect on what you've read during the week.

The purpose of this devotional is assist you in your reading by giving you ideas to reflect upon, however, be sure to take notes for yourself and ask questions that are not given here in this devotional.

Genesis 1 - 7
Focus: Creation.
Question:
1. How do our relationships (with each other, with the animals, with the plants) differ now than from before Adam and the woman sinned?
February 11 - 17
Genesis 8 - 14
Focus: Covenant.
Questions:
1. Why does God establish covenants with mankind?
2. How should we respond to God making a covenant with us?
February 18 - 24
Genesis 15 - 21
Focus: Man's will and God's Will.
Questions:
1. What do you think the consequences would have been in God allowed Abraham to make his choice in choosing Ishmael as his heir?
2. What is God doing by choosing Isaac as Abraham's heir instead of Ishmael?
February 25 - March 3
Genesis 22 - 28
Focus: Grieving.
Questions:
1. How do you react to the death of a loved one? Compare yourself to Abraham.
2. Life is valuable and should be cherished. What can you do to live more joyfully, appreciating the life you have?
